Staff:
Any employee who has concerns about the safety or quality of care provided in the Meade MEDDAC should report such concerns through their supervisory chain or to the MEDDAC Quality Management/Patient Safety Office to assure appropriate corrective or preventive actions are implemented in a timely fashion. The employee may also report these concerns directly to the Joint Commission. The Meade MEDDAC Command is committed to non-punitive patient safety reporting systems and will take no disciplinary action because an employee reports safety or quality of care concerns to the Joint Commission.
