CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM Your Staff of the Customer Service Team consists of the Customer Service Representative, Patient Representative and the Chaplain. Our Mission:Our mission is to meet the needs of the patients and employees of Kimbrough and assist customers in receiving proper information in a timely and professional manner. We ensure policy changes are communicated effectively to the KACC family.
Our Goal:
To increase patient and staff satisfaction with Kimbrough by providing answers to frequently asked questions and assisting with the understanding of Kimbrough MEDDAC policies.
Our Service:
We are open to serve you from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. For issues that arise after our business hours, please direct them to the Administrative Officer of the Day, (AOD) at the Information Desk or by calling (301) 677-8800. All of the issues brought to the AOD are followed up on the next business day.
