The Mac and PC versions of Weighbor are menu driven. These versions may not be as up to date as the C-source, linux, and solaris versions. The menu version prompts you to enter the parameter values you wish to use, and the name of the file that contains the distance matrix. If the program has trouble finding the file, you might try putting it in the same folder as the program.
