Mission
Plans & Ops is the primary point of contact for all logistics operations and plan issues. Coordinate the command’s logistic related support programs and maintenance management programs.
Receives, reviews, and makes recommendations on all logistic support request to MCB for DoD, foreign Governments, international agencies , private organizations and other agencies authorized to receive non-reimbursable and reimbursable U.S. Government support from the Marine Corps.
Reviews all MCB OPLANS to ensure administrative correctness, eliminates any wording or stipulations which could generate future avoidable problems, and generally seeks to further USMC and U.S. Government interests.
The MMO/Ordnance Officer advises the Commanding General on all maintenance and ordnance issues. Provides technical expertise to all Maintenance/Armory and Ammunition Facilities under the cognizance of MCB.
Manages ammunition for MCB and MCBJ.
Ensures all new policies are implemented and understood.
Conducts Maintenance Management, Ordnance and Ammunition Inspections for MCB/MCBJ.
CG Inspection Program
Coordinates Commanding Generall's Logistic Inspection Team in the areas of:
- Transportation Management Office (TMO)
- Safety
- Garrison Mobile Equipment
- Garrison Property
- Ground Supply (A&E included)
- Ground Ordnance
MCB G-4 Inter-Service Support Agreement

Manages agreements covering facilities maintenance, communication, supply, food service, transportation, procurement and other support services.
