This brief overview of the U.S. executive branch financial disclosure system was a handout that accompanied remarks made by Deputy Director Jane Ley at the Third Intersessional Meeting of the Intergovernmental Working Group on Prevention held in Vienna, Austria, August 27-29, 2012. The Working Group operates at the request of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
