Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton's Installation Restoration (IR) Program project team is a division of Base Environmental Security, located in Building 22165. Click here to

Administrative Record
The complete Administrative Record (AR) for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton is maintained at Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFACSW) in San Diego, California. It includes project documents, technical reports, and any other supporting documentation that form the basis for selection of remedial actions under the IR Program.

Information Repositories
To provide the local community with opportunities to review project documents, two Information Repositories have been established for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton's IR Program. A copy of the complete AR index and pertinent program-related documents are available for public review at these established resources.
The Base location is housed in the
Environmental Security Office. Environmental Security Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The off-site location is at the Oceanside Public Library, Civic Center Branch.
