Mission
“The mission of Headquarters and Service Company is to provide administrative, training, and disciplinary support for personnel assigned to Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton and affiliating organizations in order to increase operational and functional effectiveness, administrative simplicity, and utility.”

Headquarters and Service Company is one of three administrative companies within Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California. Headquarters and Service Company is comprised of over 600 Marines, Sailors and Civilians assigned to over 45 sections. Headquarters and Service Company is located on the second deck of building 1363. Single Marines and Sailors of Headquarters and Service Company reside in Bachelor Enlisted Quarters building 13070 ; conveniently located next to the base theater, bowling alley, and within walking distance of the Marine Corps Country Store, chow hall, barber shop and fitness center.
