1 - Farm Bill Amendment (10-farm bill) modifies the Group Risk Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions and the Group Risk Income Protection Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions for the 2010 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a 2010 contract change date on or after Oct 31, 2009, and for the 2011 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a 2010 contract change date prior to Oct 31, 2009 (except crops with a 2011 contract change date prior to Oct 5, 2009).
2 - Sanctions Amendment (09-sanctions) modifies the Group Risk Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions and the Group Risk Income Protection Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions for the 2009 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a 2009 contract change date on or after Jan 31, 2009, for 2010 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a 2010 contract change date on or after Jan 31, 2009, and for 2011 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a 2010 contract change date prior to Jan 31, 2009.
3 - CAT Endorsement (09-cat-4) attaches to specific crop provisions when CAT coverage is selected by the insured.
4 - Common Crop Policy Basic Provisions (11-br) apply with the crop provisions.
5 - GRP Basic Provisions (09-102) apply with the crop provisions.
6 - GRIP Basic Provisions (05-grip-basic) apply with the crop provisions.
