The Code of Federal Regulations is a codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the Executive departments and agencies of the United States Federal Government.

Covers topics including: managed behavioral health care; assessment of outcomes and performance; key factors in managed care; population-based analyses for populations who are seriously mentally ill and severely emotionally disturbed; cost incurred through Medicare, Medicaid, and private sector insurance plans; and National Statistics.

Basic manual issued in looseleaf form of the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA). Provides a full listing of all Federal programs available to State and local governments (including the District of Columbia); federally-recognized Indian tribal governments; Territories (and possessions) of the United States; domestic public, quasi- public, and private profit and nonprofit organizations and institutions; specialized groups; and individuals.
