    During a recent visit to the American Library in Chennai, students from KRMM Matriculation High School learned about U.S. presidential elections, this year’s candidates and the two-party system in the U.S.

    U.S. Consul General Jennifer McIntyre launched the new bi-monthly e-Newsletter, highlighting a new remote access service offered by the Library and the Library’s new Kindle e-readers.

    Competition of a Different Kind

    The American Library celebrated Women’s History Month with an Open Book, Quiz and Essay Writing Competition, where students from 14 schools in Chennai were evaluated on understanding, rather than memorization.
