National Health Care Ethics Policy
The National Center for Ethics in Health Care (NCEHC) is responsible for developing several VHA policies in health care ethics, noted below. In addition, the NCEHC assists other program offices in the development of national VHA policies that have ethical implications.

IL 10-2010-02 January 13, 2010 Intimidating and Disruptive Behaviors That Undermine a Culture of Patient Safety
The NCEHC collaborated with 13, 10X, 10N, 108, 10A2, 02, 10Q, OMI, and HRA on this Information Letter. At this time there is no published handbook or directive on this subject. However, the Information Letter contains information on several relevant VA resources available to VHA leaders and managers.
