Short Biography

My work involves serving as the Center Groundwater Specialist as well as working on groundwater related projects of my own. As Groundwater specialist, I work with groundwater projects to provide technical guidance, work on the New Jersey Water-level monitoring network, and oversee work on the Center groundwater databases. My project work generally involves groundwater modeling in support of water supply issues. Most of my work has been in the Coastal Plain aquifer system of New Jersey.

Specific areas of interest are; groundwater modeling, groundwater databases, GIS, Water use data, water availability assesment, and groundwater monitoring networks.

Great Egg Harbor-Mullica River Basins Groundwater Model

Image of Great Egg Harbor-Mullica River Basins Groundwater Model

The Great Egg Mullica River project  developed a groundwater flow model to look at water-supply alternatives. Both confined and unconfined aquifers are available and used in the study area. The model is used to simulate alternatives of how these two resources can be managed together.
