Puerto Rico Blind Rehabilitation Center (PRBRC)

The mission of the Puerto Rico Blind Rehabilitation Center is to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services tailored to the Veteran’s individual needs and goals. The comprehensive program can consist of a regular program and/or computer access training program.  In order to meet the goals of the veteran served, we offer a variety of skill courses which are designed to help achieve a realistic level of independence as a person who is blind or has visual impairment. Since 1986 we have been committed to providing a therapeutic atmosphere where privacy, dignity, diversity, personal values and emotional needs are recognized and respected.
