Application Hosting Services

Although NFC operates a core HR System Suite, we can also host customer-specific and shared Commercial-off-the-Shelf applications for customer agencies requiring alternate or unique solutions. NFC's application hosting has proven to be a cost-effective proposition and a means to better integrate additional functionality within the NFC HR services offering.

HR Support

HR/Payroll/Personnel Help Desks - We provide help desks staffed with subject matter experts to assist your personnel in processing transactions, in solving difficult pay cases, and in resolving issues to prevent inaccurate untimely employee payment.

Data Communications Help Desk - We have a 24 x 7 help desk for resolving connectivity issues. We have a staff of Tier 1 and Tier 2 subject matter experts on call with technological skills to address security access, telecommunications, and system engineering issues. This staff is aligned along technology platforms to provide in-depth services in their dedicated areas.

Customer Training - Our Customer Service and Help Desk staffs deliver and/or support our customer's HR, payroll, and personnel training needs.

Designated Customer Service Representatives - We have designated customer service representatives assigned to assist specific customer agencies.

Washington D.C. Customer Service Staff - We have full-time staff members in our customer outreach office in the Washington, D.C. area. This staff is devoted to supporting customer advisory and specification groups. They are functional specialists and work with customers to address changing requirements, develop new functionality and standardization, and coordinate user testing.

Human Resource Assessments - We offer a unique service that has proven to help our customers reduce costs and improve processing efficiency and accuracy. We will analyze your payroll/personnel office procedures and processes, processing statistics, and operational environment and recommend specific short- and long-term improvements to increase productivity and improve your payroll/personnel processing efficiency.
