Regional Examination Center Update 11/13/12

REC NY is open, however, mariners attempting to travel to the REC may still find that transportation in Manhattan remains challenging. 
There are still many road closures.  Many of the parking structures remain closed.  Public transportation remains limited. 
It is highly recommended that mariners submit applications via email, fax or postal service.
Mariners may submit applications to or test at any of the Regional Exam Centers. 
For those that visit REC NY for application or testing, be sure to allow plenty of extra time to account for the ongoing transit issues.
