Does the CCE Acquisition Guide still exist (1 answer)

Reviewing policy letters I find reference to the "CCE Acquistion Guide".  Does this guide exist?  Has it been replaced by another document as CCE does not exist as that particular entity?  Any assistance and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    I have been trying to research what you are requesting but need more information. The only acroynm I could find for CCE was Component Cost Estimate but when I asked some of the budget/finance instructors here they had never heard of a "CCE Acquisition Guide" - Could you provide more detailed information about what you are looking for?
