Registration and Tips for Travelers
If you are a U.S. citizen traveling or living overseas, you are encouraged to register with the country’s U.S. Embassy or Consulate to make your presence and whereabouts known in case of an emergency. Those in Dubai and the Northern Emirates of Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm al Quwain should register with the U.S. Consulate in Dubai. Those in Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain) are asked to register with the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi. You can register here.
