Adrienne Antoine is the Program Manager for the new Coastal and Ocean Climate Applications (COCA) program. In addition, Adrienne collaborates with other NOAA offices, federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and state and local governments on climate, coasts, and marine related decision support activities.
Adrienne joined the Climate and Societal Interactions division in 2008 to manage the Sectoral Applications Research Program Coastal portfolio. Prior to program management, she worked as a Program Analyst in the Planning and Programming Division working on strategic planning and the coordination, planning, and development of NOAA's climate related programs that aim to address the initiatives of the U.S. Global Change Research Program. Adrienne has a MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and a B.A. in Biology from Oberlin College.
