Arbinger Training
The Arbinger approach when applied enables organizations and individuals to solve their deepest,
most difficult and persistent engagement problems. Arbinger uses two basic texts. Those are,
"Leadership and Self-Deception" and "The Anatomy of Peace." When people and organizations are equipped
with these unique interpersonal tools, they open up possibilities and potential solutions that previously were
unimaginable. In doing so many office conflicts are not so much solved as they seem to disappear.
Spectrum Temperament Development Workshops
The Spectrum model is a fun and exciting method for helping people better understand themselves and others.
These are interactive workshops where participants are introduced to the different personality styles using language
of color. The participants gain an understanding of their own strengths, needs, and motivators while also
learning to value the differences among the people around them.
ImPact3 Course
An Organizational Leadership course designed to build better working environments through examining "self" and those
of others. This course develops your interpersonal skills, opens perspectives and provides self-awareness.
Attendees will look at their choices, focus on outcomes, acknowledge challenges are best addressed by teams, and the
exponential effect we have as we transform Army Medicine into a High Reliability Organization.
Command Team Training
Building great, cohesive teams is absolutely essential to high employee engagement levels and high performance.
It is well known that new teams go through a natural process to start performing, which can take some time. This
program is designed to accelerate this process and develop high levels of team engagement quickly. This is
tremendously successful for existing teams as well as new teams and project teams.
