HMIS Budget and Staffing Toolkit

This document provides an overview of eligible activities that can be funded within SHP budget categories, presents a variety of funding strategies, and discusses alternative staffing models. The appendices include a tool designed to help continuums plan for the day-to-day expenses of operating an HMIS, as well as a tool to help continuums plan for the day-to-day staffing needs of their HMIS operations.
