Adoption in Estonia
Intercountry adoption is a rewarding process in which a child in need can be matched with a loving family. Adopting a child from abroad is complex and takes patience and determination. Both the United States and Estonia are signatories to an important treaty on intercountry adoption called the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption (Hague Adoption Convention).
