Report to the President's Office of Science and Technology Policy on Scientific Integrity

In response to the Office of Science and Technology Policy’s guidance concerning the President’s 9 March 2009 memorandum on preserving and promoting scientific integrity in government, the Marine Mammal Commission has adopted and implemented policies intended to maintain the integrity of the science used to inform the agency’s policy decisions.

Summary of Statistical Data under the No FEAR Act

Section 301 of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (the No FEAR Act) requires that federal agencies post on their public web sites certain summary statistical data relating to equal employment opportunity complaints filed against the respective agencies.

FAIR Act Report for FY 2004

The Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 requires all federal agencies to prepare and submit to the Office of Management and Budget an inventory of commercial and inherently goveernmental activities performed by federal employees. Agencies are also required to post this information on their public web sites.
