The ProcNet Vendor Notification System is down.

*** Interim Solution Implemented ***

Unfortunately, we have been experiencing technical difficulties with our Vendor Notification System (VNS).�Vendors have been unable to submit registrations on-line and the email notices are not being automatically sent. Based on this, you should not rely on the ProcNet VNS to receive notice of new solicitations or amendments.

While we work to resolve the issues with the automated ProcNet VNS, an interim solution has been implemented. The interim solution provides you with a daily report of the new solicitations and amendments that were issued by the Army Contracting Command - Warren and DLA.

At this time, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) specific reports are not available, and we are only able to send a list of the automatically posted solicitations/amendments available on the ProcNet website.

Based on this, we advise you to visit the ProcNet Open Solicitation Webpage, to find all recently issued solicitations and amendments. Solicitations are posted on this page with the most recently issued documents at the top.�You may also search this page by a number of other fields, including the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

To receive the daily report, please send an email to the USARMY Detroit Arsenal ACC Mailbox WRN Web Page requesting to be added to the VNS distribution list.

To unsubscribe from the report, please reply to the daily email and indicate that you no longer want to receive the notification

An alternative is to register with the ARMY Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Vendor Notification System (VNS).  You may register to receive email notices by contracting office (Army Contracting Command - Warren) or by NAICS.  Please review the Vendor Notification Guide located on the bottom of the registration Webpage.

Questions about the contents or requirements of a specific solicitation or TDP should be sent to the buyer's E-Mail address listed on the solicitation page. Questions regarding the content of this page should be sent to: USARMY Detroit Arsenal ACC Mailbox WRN IDQ.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Vendor Notification System (VNS)

Q: What is our Vendor Notification System?

A: This system sends you solicitation notices automatically, after your E-Mail address is submitted. Our Vendor Notification System sends, to your E-mail address, a daily notice containing information about any New solicitations and amendments that were issued by the Army Contracting Command - Warren for the day.

Q: Who can register?

A: Only you can submit/register your E-Mail address. You must send the subscribe or unsubscribe message from the E-Mail account that is being added or removed from the notification system mailing list. You will need to have your E-Mail account setup in your Web Browser (i.e: Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc).

Q: Do I have to receive all of the new notices?

A: Until the system issues are resolved, you must receive all new notices.

When the system issues are resolved, you will be able to unsubscribe from the ALL SOLICITATIONS list and subscribe to one or more specific North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) lists that you or your company are interested in.
