I am a Research Scientist in the Information Sciences Group of the Computer, Computational, and Statistical Sciences Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
My research is primarily directed at solving problems in protein dynamics and gene regulation using computational approaches to structural biology, systems biology, and genomics. Lately we have been using automated literature mining as a way to validate our approaches.
