Educational Background/Employment:
  • B.S. École Normale Supérieure de Lyon (France), 1998.
  • Ph.D École Normale Supérieure de Lyon (France) and Universita di Firenze (Italy), 2003.
  • Director's Postdoctoral Fellow, Los Alamos National Lab, 2002–present

Research Interests:

  • Statistical mechanics of long range interacting systems (self gravitating systems, vortices, wave and particles systems...), at and out of equilibrium.
  • Non-linear dynamics of discrete systems.
  • Rigidity percolation, and its links with experiments on network glasses.
  • Dynamical elastic defects (dynamical generalization of the classic Eshelby problem), and their interactions.
