Volunteer With Us

family volunteers
Volunteer with friends and family!
Volunteers play an integral part in accomplishing our mission at Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary. Taking an active role caring for the environment is easy and there are opportunities for people of all ages.

Get involved! Join hundreds of volunteers in removing harmful marine debris from our coast at Washington Coast Cleanup.

Help scientists! Collect data as a citizen scientist for COASST.

Spread the word! Become a trained volunteer docent and conduct outreach at Olympic Coast Discovery Center.

Hours that you spend working to improve the marine habitats, understanding trends in marine wildlife and sharing knowledge with others show your generosity to future generations.

Meet some of Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary Volunteers.
