Course Descriptions
AcqDemo 101 (AQD101) This introductory module is designed to familiarize you with the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo for short) and is the foundation for understanding other continuous learning modules offered in this series. This module takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
Contribution Planning(AQD103)
This continuous learning module focuses on AcqDemo contribution planning, with the goal of providing employees with the knowledge and tools to understand how to best identify their contributions planned for the appraisal cycle. This module takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Writing an Annual Appraisal Self-Assessment (AQD104)
The objectives of this course focus on writing a self-assessment in AcqDemo. The goal is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to understand how to best advocate for yourself by identifying the contributions you made during the appraisal cycle.
