User Support Portal

The TeamSTEPPS User Support Portal provides a venue for TeamSTEPPS users to discuss with peers and experts various techniques for improving communication and reducing medical errors in their facilities. This online resource includes the following components:

• A resource center of training materials and tools to assist master trainers with implementing TeamSTEPPS within their organization
• A forum for members to post questions and share their experiences and lessons learned with other community members
• A collection of presentations from the TeamSTEPPS National Conference
• A place to upload your own resources for the community and share your implementation story
• A calendar of TeamSTEPPS events
