Resident / Student / Trainee Registration and Training Information

All students, including residents, assigned to the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center (Dorn VAMC) must read and review the appropriate documents and print and complete the required forms. All forms must be turned in to Education (or to your instructor if assigned) at least two weeks before the scheduled training date.

Computerized Patient Record Systems (CPRS)

(Familiarity Training)

Voluntary training but will help you become familiar

with CPRS prior to your clinical rotation.  BE SURE TO TURN ON THE AUDIO!!

This survey asks you to rate various aspects of your VA clinical training experience. Information from the survey will provide feedback for identifying areas of excellence as well as areas needing improvement. Please base your answers on the VA facility where you have had your most recent clinical experience.

Please take 10-15 minutes and complete the Learners' Perceptions Survey after your VA Rotation.
