Provides centralized management of all housing functions of the US Army Garrison Bamberg to include:

• Housing Requirements
• Programming
• Budgeting
• Facilities, Operations and Maintenance
• Off-post Referral Services
• Billeting Function pertaining to the assignment of all quarters
• Maintenance of furniture and furnishings, handreceipts for military housing and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH)
• FSBP
