Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP): 16th Round of TPP Negotiations Set for Singapore -- March 4-13, 2013

The 16th round of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations will take place at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore from March 4-13, 2013.  Registration is now open for TPP stakeholders interested in participating in stakeholder events.

Stakeholder Event

The Stakeholder Engagement Event is scheduled from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Tables to display and distribute TPP-relevant materials will be set up for stakeholders who request one, on a first-come-first-served basis. At the event, stakeholders will have the opportunity to raise questions and share views directly with negotiators and other stakeholders. This will be followed by a Stakeholder Briefing with the Chief Negotiators of each TPP delegation from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

UPDATE: Singapore has just announced that they will accommodate stakeholders, on a first come-first serve basis, who wish to make presentations, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Registration Details

All stakeholders who would like to share their views on the TPP with negotiators and other stakeholders are welcome. Please note that registration will close at 5 pm (Singapore Time) on Friday, February 22, 2013. The host county will not be able to process late registrations or registrations the day of the event.

Please visit this link to register. Prior to the event, a stakeholder information package will be circulated electronically to the email address you provided during registration. The stakeholder package will contain registration details including the location and operating times of the registration desk and where you can collect your stakeholder pass. Please note, you will need to have photo identification on hand to collect your registration pass.
