Ambassador Arvizu Visits Lushnje

The Ambassador visited Lushnje on Wednesday, March 16, where he met with  the mayor, the sub prefect, students, and Peace Corps Volunteers.  Talking with media after meeting the mayor, the Ambassador explained the critical importance of smooth implementation and execution of election preparations, in order to make the May 8 elections the best elections Albania has had to date.  The Ambassador also participated in a formal opening ceremony of a Peace Corps sponsored library and visited a cultural site.
