The Information Resource Center (IRC) is run by the Consulate's Public Affairs Section.

The Information Resource Center (IRC) develops and maintains information services about the United States to support the research and reference needs of the Egyptian public.

The IRC is located at 3 Pharana Street, Azarita, Alexandria.

To become a member, please bring 5 Egyptian Pounds and a small photograph for your ID card to the library during working hours.
