  • The Information Resource Center at the U.S. Consulate is an American library and internet lab with thousands of books at all levels of English in addition to online English reading material.
  • The English Access Microscholarship Program (ACCESS Program) is designed to provide a significant English-language learning experience to bright non-elite 14- to 16- year-old students.
