Federal Benefits
Effective August 6, 2012 the Federal Benefits Unit in Hong Kong stopped providing services relating to new claims. Effective September 7, the Federal Benefits Unit closed.
The Social Security Office at the American Embassy in Manila, Philippines, provides direct services to Social Security beneficiaries living in Hong Kong and Macau.
