Persons with petitions which were approved before the current priority date for their visa category should have received an instruction package from the National Visa Center.

The package sent by the National Visa Center includes a number of forms, two of which must be returned to the National Visa Center before an appointment can be scheduled (forms DS-230 part I and II).

Only for fiancée visas should prepare the I-134 affidavit of support form (pdf 69 kb) in lieu of the I-864 series.
