Information Resource Center
The Information Resource Center provides information about the United States primarily through partnerships, such as Window on America centers and Library Electronic Access Program (LEAP). In partnership with Ukrainian NGOs, libraries and educational centers, the IRC conducts workshops and provides consultations on effective ways to find and use information about the U.S.; and topics related to advancing the management of information and cultural centers and resources.
