Appointments

Appointments are made by calling (717) 245-4542.
Sick call patients are required to report to the clinic between 0730 and 0830 Monday through Friday. National Guard and Reserve personnel are required to bring current orders to receive treatment. For dental emergencies after duty hours, report to the nearest emergency room.

Cancellations

The Dental Clinic attempts to remind individuals 48 hours in advance of the appointment. We ask that every effort is made to keep scheduled appointments in order that our resources are effectively utilized. We require 24 hours advance notification if you cannot make the appointment so another patient can be treated.

Mission

The Carlisle Barracks Dental Clinic will provide dental treatment to ensure the oral health and readiness of the active duty joint forces that live or work within a 60 mile commute of Carlisle Barracks. The dental clinic is responsible for dental care of over 2,100 active duty beneficiaries in the area

Services Rendered

All aspects of dentistry with the exception of orthodontics (braces).

Incoming War College Students (and others requiring in processing)

During in-processing you are required to present your military ID, turn in your dental record, and provide a copy of your orders.

Prior to departing current duty station it is recommended to get an updated dental exam if you are due within 90 days.

If coming from an overseas assignment with family members be sure to re-enroll them into the United Concordia TRICARE Dental Program (www.tricaredentalprogram.com).
