Routine notarial and passport services are scheduled through an online appointment system. Customers who arrive after their scheduled appointment time may be turned away. Before you schedule an appointment, please read the information on our website about the service that you need and complete any necessary application forms.

U.S. citizens needing emergency services (which include death, hospitalization and the arrest of a U.S. citizen) do not need an appointment.

Please email the American Citizen Services Unit if you need a service that is not included in our online system - including questions about Social Security or other federal benefits - or if you have several people that need service at the same time.
