The Consular Section does not provide a walk-in information service to the public.
The American Citizen Services can be reached during normal business hours, from 8.00am-2.00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm at (679) 331-4466, facsimile (679) 330-2267. We may also be reached on e-mail at consularsuva@state.gov.

Transit time for international mail to the Embassy is about 3-4 weeks.
An American Citizen must schedule an appointment via phone during normal business hours from 8:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm for any services required. American Citizen Services can be rendered through an appointment. The appointment schedules for American Citizen are as follows: Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-12:00pm and 2:00am-4:00pm, Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm.
If you are an American Citizen, with an emergency that requires Embassy assistance, please call the Embassy at any time on (679) 772-8049 and the on-call duty officer will be contacted.
