The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program Competition 2013-2014
 

This non-degree program invites mid-career professionals from different public sectors (minimum 5 years experience) to go to the United States for 10 months of study at a U.S. university and an internship.

  • Human Resource Management
  • Urban and Regional Planning
  • Public Health Policy and Management

  • Educational Administration, Planning and Policy
  • Communications/Journalism
  • Law and Human Rights
  • Substance Abuse Education, Treatment and Prevention
  • HIV/AIDS Policy and Prevention
  • Teaching English as a Foreign Language
  • Trafficking in Persons and Prevention


Advanced English language is required
(Minimum 525 score on the TOEFL examination)
