AfDB Commercial Liaison
Assistance to U.S. Companies
The US Embassy Commercial Liaison with the African Development Bank (AfDB) and with U.S. companies on matters related to AfDB programs and projects:
-- Is in charge of commercial opportunities related to the AfDB.
-- Identifies business opportunities for U.S. businesses.
-- Provides counsel on how to approach the Bank and borrowing governments.
-- Advocates on behalf of U.S. businesses to ensure project bids receive fair consideration in relation to other project bids.
