The mission of the GLWACH Operations Division is to provide the Chain of Command with information vital to the successful running of daily, emergency and current operations. The Operations Division includes the following: Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security. Plans projects, and ensures scheduling of vital missions, as well as establish, publish, generate, and disseminate all OPORDs. We are responsible for consolidating all briefs for GLWACH, FLW, and WRMC. Training establishes the Long Range Training Calendar (LRTC) and coordinates for all military and professional schooling for all GLWACH Soldiers. Mobilization and Readiness coordinates professional medical backfill for providers and health care team members withdrawn from GLWACH and deployed to deliver health care on the battlefield. Provides oversight for reservists that come to GLWACH for ADT and to backfill, PROFIS Soldiers, EOP/EPP and OPSEC. We (SRP) coordinate, organize and run all medical portions for all mobilization and demobilization for our staff as well as the entire installation. Security is responsible for physical and personnel security, SIRs, CCIRs, FFIRs, and Anti-Terrorism measures for all employees.
