Immigrant (IV) and Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) applicants can now check the status of their pending visa applications online.  For more information, please click here.

Submitting an Inquiry

Please be advised that the Immigrant Visa Unit will no longer respond to inquiries requesting a case status update for IV and SIV applications.

All other inquiries to the Immigrant Visa Unit must be submitted using the form shown below.  The IV Unit will endeavor to respond within 4-5 business days from the receipt of your inquiry.  Please do not submit your inquiry more than once, as this may increase the wait time for a response.
