The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) Accra Field Office is open by appointment only Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

All Refugee / Asylum Relative cases are processed by the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the refugee Resettlement Support Center (RSC) located in Nairobi, Kenya.  You may contact RSC at:
