Non-Immigrant Visas
Reapplying
If an applicant has been refused a visa, they may reapply for consideration at any time. There is no waiting period before an applicant can reapply. To do so, the applicant must go through the application process from the beginning, including payment of another visa application fee. Upon reaching the interviewing stage, previously refused applicants will be given the opportunity to speak to a new adjudicating officer, when possible.
