The Consular Section provides services to U.S. citizens including, but not limited to: notary and passport services, birth registration, assistance for U.S. citizens in case of emergency, death registration, and assistance for U.S. citizens wishing to vote via absentee ballot.

We cannot act as your travel agent, bank, interpreter, employment office, lawyer, investigator or law enforcement agent, or assist with other personal matters. However, we may be able to provide quidance on were to seek help. Should questions arise while browsing through this website, do not hesitate to contact us.

The Consular Section also provides visa services for citizens and residents of Latvia and limited assistance to U.S. alien residents.
