Description:  World AIDS Day, observed on December 1, is a day to pay tribute to the millions of lives lost and families affected by HIV/AIDS.  It is also an opportunity to recognize the brave individuals living with HIV who carry the burden of this disease every day.  It is in their honor that the U.S. remains steadfast in pursuing the goal of an AIDS-free generation.

On Thursday, November 29, join CO.NX and the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) for a conversation about youth and HIV prevention with experts in the field of HIV/AIDS and orphans and vulnerable children.  In 2011, PEPFAR provided support to approximately 4.1 million orphans and vulnerable children through its partnerships in over 30 countries.

Format:  This program will be an interactive video webcast in English.  Please click on the URL above to participate.
