Production, Supply and
Distribution (PSD) online database. This database contains current and
historical official USDA data on production, supply and distribution of
agricultural commodities for the United States and key producing and consuming
countries.
To locate data from the previous month, select
"Perform a Custom Query" and filter for "Field Crops under
Commodity." Select the crop(s) from the list, then "Production" from the
Data Type, "All Countries" from the list of countries, and the current year from
the list of available years.
