The February WASDE report shows fiscal year (FY) 2013 WTO raw sugar tariff-rate quota (TRQ) shortfalls projected at 350,000 short tons raw value, up 32 percent from January.
- The fill-rate for FY 2013 WTO raw sugar TRQ to date is 26 percent, down from 32 percent during the same period last year, due to low imports in January (down 64 percent from December).
- The fill-rate for calendar year 2013 Free Trade Agreements TRQs for Colombia, CAFTA/DR, Panama, and Peru to date is 7 percent.
